You can add international media as well eg an article on medium and quora. But specifically, sign-up for startup accelerator programmes.

Though it's easier to find angel investors for those outside of Africa especially where states, provinces and companies run accelerator programmes. But, for us in Africa, we do local promotions on radio and targeted ads on social media. You have to be careful of our local venture capital firms - because I have heard of cases where ideas are stolen after listening to your pitch
