State of Emergency: Too early to comment on Presidential declaration – Rivers govt

The Rivers State Government has stated that it is too early to make comments on the presidential declaration of a state of emergency in the state.

President Bola Tinubu in a nationwide broadcast, Tuesday, had suspended the the Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminialayi Fubara, his Deputy, Prof. Ngozi Nma Odu, as well as the members of the State House of Assembly.

When contacted immediately after the declaration by the president, the Commissioner of Information and Communications, Joseph Johnson, said it was too hasty for the government to take any position.

Johnson said: “The president has made a declaration and what do you think we can say. I think it is too hasty to make any comment about it.”

President Tinubu have nominated Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas (rtd) as Administrator to take charge of the affairs of the state for the period.

Tinubu clearly lacks the wisdom of Solomon.

Wike (Jealous woman) wanted the child (Rivers state) divided (Burnt), if he won't have it. Fubara was ready to compromise like the woman that loved her child.

King I-no-be-Solomon Tinubu, decided to divide and burn the child, in favour of the jealous woman (Wike).

My people, you can now draw your conclusion on whether your president is wise or not..

This administration has finally destroyed everything we have in this country.

They have finally succeeded in destroying the peace we enjoy in South South.

Because of one man's interest they want to destroy the whole state. Terrible indeed!

Stop godfatherism in Nigeria politics now!

See person whey get Solomon's wisdom. You think a whole president just take decisions unilaterally without making consultations and advice? He has gotten brief from the security agencies, NSA, Senate Leadership and may be the National security council or council of state.
