samuelson06:Hmmm. The person is just sharing his experience. The fact that he was able to travel and you're getting discouraged by his piece shows that you have a lot of work to do on yourself. I don't get discouraged by what people say about their experience. I have my goals and work towards them. You can also share your experience so that others will be encouraged. I guess you have a prepared life wherever you are. |

Atk1nson:You're right. I have several alternate accounts and same as the OP. You that's over-ambitious, tell us your achievements and accomplishments. I put it to you that you may not earn in the next ten years what I earned ten years ago. But now, I'm fine with the bare minimum, happy and contented with my life. It's time you focus on yourself and your health instead of being a scandalmonger. You can direct your ambitions to assist your family and friends. |

Nazgul:I see that as a self-defeating personality disorder. I assisted many with sponsorships and the last time I checked Nigeria is a hub for sourcing professionals. The only issue I found is many exaggerate their profile/achievements and sometimes lie. I responded to your post based on your claims, however, I will leave you with the words of Marc Andreesen “The world is a very malleable place. If you know what you want, and you go for it with maximum energy and drive and passion, the world will often reconfigure itself around you much more quickly and easily that you would think.” |

studyless123:Next time try to understand what someone is saying before rushing to hit reply. I'm not talking about scholarships, as there are countless Nigerians who are benefiaries of American scholarships daily. I'm talking about getting a foreign American job from Nigeria and being fully sponsored by the company to relocate to the US. Do you think it's easy? Before a company/firm would sponsor you from Nigeria to work for them, you'd have to be the best amongst the best. I uploaded a reply I got from a firm in my previous post. Our image isn't at its best currently. Thus making it extremely difficult for job applicants in Nigeria to be considered for remote jobs let alone being sponsored to come over there and work. It has nothing to do with with self defeating personality disorder. It's just the harsh reality whether you choose to believe it or not. |

erico2k2:There's no way I'll be able to know that cos you'd have to grant them permission to access your location during your application. So if your location doesn't fall in countries they feel have something to offer them in that field, they'll reject you. Sadly, a lot of foreign remote jobs are like this. It would take a miracle to get employed from Nigeria. Unless you want to go via Upwork and other job recruiting route. |

Nazgul:The question we all ask is, what documents will you use to work in the USA. They have no pathway except for highly skilled people, they hardly hire care workers offshore as they already have Puerto Ricans and Mexicans doing their menial jobs. It means we have to do fake marriage or violate your stay period just to stay in the USA |

Gerrard59:The care jobs pay more That's just the simple truth If the jobs back home can pay even 70% of the care job pay, many will consider a jump back |

RodgersAkpafu:Stop lying. I repeat stop lying. Do you know what it means to be a rector? You try to justify your decision by gaslighting others. I know over 5 persons who returned to same Nigeria after finishing their M.sc and you're saying a rector which is a political appointment is doing care job in the UK. I don't degrade what others do and at the same time don't accept it when someone lies to themselves or others to justify their actions, making them seem reasonable or acceptable. |

Nazgul:Sir, you're not a talent. The earlier you stop deceiving yourself, the better for you. The job reply you uploaded further buttress my point. 1. I personally don't like the workday platform 2. You're applying to the wrong type of jobs 3. That was an automated reply (Your CV wasn't even viewed) 4. You should spend more time reading/learning before applying for any jobs. You can continue to hide under the image of Nigeria while others leave you behind. |

You spent 42million on japa. If I may ask, why not consider a business in Nigeria with that huge some of money? Did you have the 42million in cash or you paid some of the money as you are working in the UK? Will you only consider relocating back home if you at least save the 42million you spent ? fullclub: |
