.. when the governor and 27 law makers are unable and cannot co operate among themselves and comply with the supreme court judgement so that the issues and problems can be solved for there to be peace ...so the 2 organs of government that are causing the problems should be removed...and this problems have led to blowing of 2 oil pipelines already

NBA failed to give advice to a foolish Fubara.
In my opinion if parties are no longer willing to obey the Supreme Court, that's a state of emergency.
Political parties should stop presenting candidates that are not level -headed.. Politics isn't for everyone.

Declaration of state of emergency is the taking of extra-ordinary measure to restore peace in an area. The question then is: what is this extra-ordinary measure? Simply, it is the deployment of full military to take over civil duties or other means to restore order and peace. It does not entails removing or suspending elected officials at the state or local government levels. NBA should as matter of fact go to court inorder to contest this declaration. The supreme passed a judge sometimes ago that when a governor is elected, he or she must serve 4 years in office irrespective of the time or period he was elected.
