FUBARA you must be impeach, imagine a governor declaring a seat of a member of house of assembly vacant who gives you that power? A governor claiming he decide which speaker he will work with. A governor spending budget without legal appropriation and he was busy saying nothing will happen everyone should dey their dey.
face the problem in your state and family.......leave others alone especially for state you know nothing about

You forgot that the vagabond burnt down the Assembly, now he will be impeached in a beer parlour and his security will be withdrawn by the IG. If he tries nonsense, he will be immediately arrested by EFCC and charged for embezzlement. Let all his boys in the creeks start blowing up oil pipelines and destroying their environment, Tinubu has made alternative money source.
bring it and come no be by mouthooooo,,,,,keyboard warrior

They wish to do so. But for now they believe it's not necessary since they write speech for the supreme court . If fubara was the one writing speech for supreme court, tinubu and wike would have used the delete option. Have you forgotten the case of funso Williams or the fact that rivers was nicknamed rivers of blood under wike tenure? Fubara is a man of peace. They shouldn't frustrate him to go rogue like wike and tinubu
How can you call a man that destroyed the assembly complex a man of peace. Wetin peace really mean self for Nigeria.

The Supreme Court on Friday, April 14, ordered an Ondo State lawmaker, Ifedayo Abegunde, representing Akure South/North Federal Constituency, to vacate his seat following his defection from Labour Party (LP) to the defunct Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN).

A Seven-man panel of Justices of the court, headed by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Mahmud Mohammed, declared that Abegunde is not fit to remain at the legislative house, noting that the lawmaker acted illegally by abandoning the party that sponsored his election.

It said that the lawmaker’s defection to another party would have been justified if there was a division in the national structures of the LP, such that is capable of impeding the smooth operation of the party.

The Supreme Court stated that the “division” or “factionalisation” of Labour Party, which was cited by the lawmaker as his excuse for abandoning the party, was only at the state level.

Abegunde was elected into the parliament on the platform of the ruling Labour Party (LP) in the April 2011 general elections, but defected to the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) after a few months in the House.

Labour Party subsequently began a recall process against him and approached the court to sack the decampee lawmaker in order for the party to reclaim his seat.

The lawmaker also filed a counter motion seeking judicial protection against his recall by the Ondo State House of Assembly.

Just delete the speaker and all these nonesense will stop. This is what tinubu and wike would do if reverse is the case. Fubara needs balls. That speaker has his eyes on fubara seat

Nothing constitutional here. That speaker, tinubu and wike are all shades of evil. You are also a shade of evil because you are supporting state capture

As a Yoruba man that you are, you lack the capacity to stop supporting evil - when that evil is perpetuated by someone from your tribe. That's why you support tinubus state capture to be extended to rivers. Isn't it shameful

The assembly members publicly tendered and announced their defections to apc it was not a rumour or conspiracy. Then halfway backed out and returned back without notifying the public same way. That is not fubara's fault.
did they write officially to their Ward they have resign? Did they register as APC members? Who received their later of resigning from PDP? Just simple question Biko. Media resign is different from constitution requirements resign from the party or to belong to another party

So why did they resign in the media and then back track privately and not put a disclaimer publicly.

A defection consist of 2 parts ur resignation from ur party and ur joining ur new party whichever u choose be it apc or spd like Elrufai.

The public letter was accepted by pdp as their resignations.

WIKE outsmart FUBARA by pushing the lawmakers to announce on media, so that the governor can't attempt to decamp to APC and they succeeded. WIKE is a lawyer he knows the law very well.
