Fubara did not become governor by threat. He is only governor because he got more votes/ Numbers than his opponents. Now he is fighting when he does not have the Numbers in the assembly or the political sagacity to get the numbers . Telling his tribes men to threaten every body. What kind of a tyrant is that?
