Judges are to deliver judgement in accordance to the law made by the lawmakers which is the national house of assembly, the problem now is that the president can ignore the judgement of any court especially, if the judgement doesn't favor him and nothing will happen. The same goes with governor at the state level. Our judiciary has limited power to enforce the judgement delivered while the president and governor enjoyed an autonomy power!

The aggrieved legislators are majority in the house and with the look of things there is nothing he could done considering how he has treated them.

He too dull himself; since these months when the legislators have been suspended without payment of salaries and allowances, he was just sitting down without mending fences.

no judges of any Court in any country makes law! Supreme or apex court as the case may be is the final destination of judgement rulings any case can't go beyond the supreme court, but that doesn't makes the lawmakers and even with their supremacy, the president can still ignore their rulings on many occasions and nothing anyone can do, hope you know that Nigerian president has the military power at his command?

Truth is they will need the CJ of the state to impeach fubara. This state of emergency is to remove the CJ from office thru retirement or set up and install a stooge there. This is to pave the way for his impeachment in 6 months time.
