Now we have President releasing same allocation to an administrator while the Judgement has not been vacated or obeyed

That was the game plan right from inception. It has nothing to do with today but has a lot to do with 2027. Fubara will still be impeached because rivers state is a technical state for APC and they know with Fubara body language, if they allow him, they will loose the state in 2027.

Fubara should distance his self from all his advisers, he started the fight immediately his swearing in, without strategy and winning at least 40% of the law makers, he should learn how to play money politics that is what tinubu and wike are known for.

He has the money but isn't politically smart. Aside money does he have the political connections/network?
