Looking at the Case of Borno state and no State of Emergency was declared.

The constitution upon which this was declared,stated when there is war that the President has the power to declare.

But I don't see any ongoing war.

Mr president should instead of suspending should call both parties to orderliness.

supreme court asked CBN not to disburse Rivers money to a democratically elected governor of Rivers State. And President Tinubu now saw he give the money to the unconstitutional military man he appointed as sole administrator.
