According to the constitution, the only 4 ways a democratically elected Governor can be removed is by resignation, impeachment, incapacitation and death. The supreme court re-affairmed this

Wether you call it removed or suspended, no where does the constitution give the President power to do either. Suspended is nothing but temporary removal, which is still a removal

That makes Abati an an educated illiterate illiterate. There are words used in law, expressive, inference, narrow , and expansive narration. If Abati wore his thinking cap he would realise that that instruction in the constitution can be interpreted forward, backwards, sideways or upwards. My own is not the issue of legality of suspending the governor or not,That issue was tested up to supreme Court by Joshua Dariye and he lost that case.I don't think this emergency can stand,the president doesn't have the required 2/3 to pull this through at the nass.I don't see 73 senators supporting this emergency during voting tomorrow.He may get 240 in the reps,but i doubt a vote of more than 60 in support can happen in the Senate.

I have a first degree from university of Ibadan Nigeria. I was doing this one as play play, when I got bored of the course and realised that I have learned the fundamentals I quitted.
