If the National assembly block the State of Emergency, the state house of assembly will be more embolden to impeach Fubara, and this time around they will get security cover and the whole state will be militarized to safeguard national assets. Backing the SOE means Fubara will get a reprieve and have the six months window to seek genuine reconciliation
