The State Chief Judge is firmly with Sim..

They tried to frame him up by asking the EFCC to investigate him.

Simeon Amadi still stood with Sim.

They saw that impeachment was impossible so they brought state of emergency.

Thats not true, the CJ is mandated by the constitution to set up the 7 man panel.The best fubara could have done was influence the findings of the 7 man panel.I don't support both the SOE and impeachment,they should have let him be and use INEC and security to remove him in 2027.Rivers state doesn't conduct free and fair election so it's no big deal to remove fubara in 2027.
