Where it was explicitly quoted that powers can be given to the president to suspend a democratically elected Governor.

I wonder who is giving this Reno with pseudo intelligence uneeded relevance.

Merely suspending a governor’s powers would mean restricting his ability to act while he remains in office, whereas suspending him altogether effectively removes him from office.

Regardless, the constitution reigns supreme and not even the repeal act of 2018 can override the constitution which made it crystal clear that an elected governor can only be removed by impeachment or death/incapacitation.

Jonathan declared state of emergency but never removed or suspended the state governors.

Fubara recognized the Supreme Court law makers and that of blowing off the oil facilities was done by Tinubu.

..many pipelines would had been blown up..it's easy to destroy pipelines but to fix it..is not easy..it will take a lot of time, days, months to fix many oil pipelines that have been blown up..and the huge costs of fixing many pipelines that have been blown up... billions of naira to fix it.and Nigeria would had losed a lot of revenue income money to the federation account
