Now considering all the points you have outlined , how is it possible for fubara to comeback? The senate will rubber-stamp anything Tinubu commands Akpabio to say and do , APC controls the senate .

None of what you listed above is a crime or a trample on the constitution.
Anybody who feels "abused" can sue for damages.

However, a governor usurping the house of assembly functions, then firing and appointing
his own special lawmakers is very close to a treasonous act.
It is none of Fubara's business whatever happens in the house of assembly
but he thinks he is an emperor who can do anything.
