What law as he broken. The law gives the National Assembly 48 hrs to cancel the order. The suspension does not take effect Until ratified by the assembly and if it isn’t end of story! The assembly can either defeat the proclamation of amend it.

He declared SOE according to the law, the process is not complete until ratified by tue assembly. That’s the process.

..abi.. when fubara was demolishing the state assembly none of them talk against it and adviced him how to solve the river state crisis.. and they cannot suspend wike that is causing problems in PDP and involved in anti party activities
