With two second half goals against Bahrain, from Daichi Kamada of Crystal Palace FC and star man Take Kubo of Real Sociedad, the samurai blue as they are fondly called successfully secured their participation in the forth coming FIFA World Cup Competition.

They currently sit top of Group C in the last phase of qualifiers in the Asian Continent with a total of 19points from six wins and a draw. Their closest rivals Australia are at 10 points.

Hajime Moriyasu will be competing in their eight consecutive world cup tournament.

I hope Trump or Musk does not pick a fight with them because they don't seem to remember they are hosting the world cup next year. Imagine Ukraine and Russia in the same group and they have to play in USA grin or Canada plays US next year in the Round of 16 or South Africa meets Israel.

See how people up there are looking down on another team's hard fought success.
It's like failed student that graduated with pass from a higher institution in the south saying, if I schooled in the north I would have graduated with first class.
