If he didn't do anything, why didn't the supreme court rule in his favour? you are old enough not to speak up against the rascality of state governors and how they have reduced the sanctity of their respective state high court Then who has committed an offence? Is it the HOA members who pursued their case to supreme court? Do you know what it portends for a court that doesn't have jurisdiction to entertain a matter? All these could have been avoided if the state high court had not entertain the matter.
