When was the budget passed?

The outgoing NYSC coordinator said they were waiting for the budget to be passed before any increment. Budget was passed in February and implementation starts in March.

When that fool called president increased his salary and that of the vice and judiciary and then went ahead and bought them cars worth millions, he didn't delay in paying them but when it comes to nysc, someone must be a scape goat before they do the needful

We need to know what has happened to that lady, we cannot just abandon her,
