This is only a superficial, cosmetic, window-dressing. The repayments are only deferred/ rescheduled, it’s a temporary relief, the obligations must still be fulfilled.

It means that the percentage of our revenue that we are using to pay back debts has reduced. The implication is that we have freed up money to spend on developmental aspects such as roads and healthcare. Revenue means money coming in for Nigeria.

Another implication is that our debts should stop climbing crazily like under Buhari who was using up to 97% of revenue to pay debts yearly.
