I have never experienced such level of wickedness on AliExpress before. I saw some goods that are related to my field, advertised at affordable prices plus Offer of Free Shipping. I quickly went to borrow money with the hope that I will sell and repay Immediately the goods arrives. Only to soon discover that the Seller is a Scammer that uses Mengtu platform to provide false Tracking Details that would make you calm down till it becomes too late for you to recover your money. After several months of successfully wickedly Scamming many of their hard-earned monies, the AliExpress Seller was finally exposed to be a Scammer. I first tested with his cheaper small products, after observing that he shipped them (I never knew it's possible to provide Fake Tracking with Mengtu as at then), I then plunged the rest of the Money that I borrowed into Ordering from him. Last 2 weeks, I successfully got refund for the first product that I ordered from him after Uploading Proofs that he is a Scammer that never ships. He actually tried to attack the Refund Process but failed because of the overwhelming Evidences that I uploaded against him. Shockingly, all my efforts to Upload Evidences to get Refund for the major Bulk of the Money that I later invested into Ordering his products has been unsuccessful. I couldn't apply for Refund for the 2 Major Orders initially because I had to wait for the Fake Delivery Timeline to elapse, just one week after the first refund. I have never experienced such for over 3 Years that I've been buying form AliExpress. The Refund Dispute Portal just wouldn't open, it shows System Error when it gets to the point of accessing it. Below is the image of what it shows. Last week, I initially thought it's a mistake or system glitch. But I have now fully Confirmed that an AliExpress Insider helped the Scammer to block me from Accessing that Refund Dispute Portal. I have chatted Live with over 15 of their Customer care Service Agents and forwarded all the Damning Evidences to them. They all agreed that my money should quickly be refunded without delay. They then said I should access the portal through Desktop, Google Chrome, etc which I did and still saw this stupid Restriction!

Pls help! I didn't know how to upload YouTube video before, this urgent situation made me to research and do this. I collated all the Evidences of how the Mengtu Shipping Fake Tracking is done. Buyers get comfortable believing that their Products is steadily on the Way till it has become too late to recover invested Money. In my own case, I thank GOD that I knew before it became too late. Now the Desperate Evil Scammer has Stepped up into an unprecedented Wickedness! I wonder why Chinese and most of the World condemn Nigerians as Scammers when some of their Citizen are far move Evil and immeasurably Heartless in the Scamming perpetrated against Humanity. Sorry for the trouble, that amount is huge at this period. More like you did not read the reviews before placing your orders? I have fall victim of Scam on that platform too, that was what taught me to carefully read reviews before placing order with any seller, especially one and two star reviews. You can try another system or phone as someone suggested. If the goods are marked receives, try give a review first, then after submitting your review, try to ask for the refund and see if it work out. 4 Likes |

I was scammed too. From what I know about AliExpress, you have to wait until the shipping date elapses; no amount of chatting will make them issue a refund before that date. As for the issue, that’s strange though—there is an option to check disputes and refunds. 1 Like |

Then go ahead to scam If truly you ordered on AliExpress Go and read rules and regulations Wait till purchase protection is over before you file a dispute or 10 days after the seller ship. Very simple and straightforward. Simple black and white instructions,you people won't read it. |

SULBELL:Exactly. But it will surprise you that there was wonderful review on his Profile initially just before I ordered. You know Buyers have to wait for about 2 Months for Lithium Products to be delivered, it was after many have waited for even 5 Months and bought more from him during the waiting Period that they later Screamed out. By then too many People have fallen Victim to his Advance Fraudulent Scheme. Have you ever heard of Mengtu (supposed to work like Speedaf) before? They showed all the Buyers steady progress of shipment and even eventually show Delivered for what was Never sent. It is latest most Advance Scam type. 3 Likes |

But for avoidance of doubt for those that have meaningfully tried to help here, and to also help others not to fall for the latest emerging Advance Fraud on AliExpress. Just be careful next time. Scammers on the loose cloning major websites of prominent online marketers. I got scammed of the sum of N1.760M just 3 weeks ago and I am still miserable till now. They cloned Jumia websites and foolishly and unknowingly I transferred money to them thinking they are legit Jumia representative. All is history now and so bad that Nigeria banks and authorities wouldn't do anything about it, instead they make things more difficult and also commence milking you little by little......So sad.....People should be careful out there pls 2 Likes 1 Share |

pesty100:The point of my comment is simple. No one scammed him!! He is only impatient and refused to read the terms and condition that is involved with buying and shopping from AliExpress. Also,you notice he keeps going about on every front page topic to direct people to this post. That is how upcoming nairaland scammers behave,they open new Monika,create threads that sparks debate,try to make front page,then boom they start scamming,I have bursted a lot of them and the motive is all the same. 3 Likes |

noobody:You no serious  I myself have ordered 3 times from fake scam shops on AliExpress that give fake tracking numbers. Stop speaking like an ignorant person. If you're speaking of time for dispute and complaint it's a different matter, but saying it's not possible just because it's a fresh account here is the height of stupidity especially if you're already in the business  He might be a scammer true but people also need to know these things happen. LoveAnswered:The first part of his post is correct, the delivery timeline has to elapse before refunds can be processed by AliExpress and looks like there is still three days before that could happen. It really doesn't mean that the scammer will get the money in three days but the delivery timeline ends in three days and disputes can be started.
