why are East Africans better at long distance and west african better at sprints? So we have to wait for white man to give us training opportunities before we can thrive So the blacks in USA they dominate most sports dont have same opportunities

Before you say we aren't good in swimming, u have to first expose us to the training facilities. It's simple way of doing research now. If u train with East Africans for long distance race in same facility, they will always beat u cos u don't have their composition...... U can say Blacks are better at basketball than whites cos same facility is available for white too over the years and whites haven't proven to be better when trained together at least by numbers.
But ur mumu brain dint realize that most Africans don't even have standard swimming training program and facility.. Yet u say we are bad swimmers.
Imagine saying blacks aren't good footballers.. Yet when our stars and young players are exposed to Oyinbo facility, we happen to be good if not better.. Oga rest
