Technically Ayanwu the mole of Tinubu in pdp has been sack. The Supreme Court in today ruling said the courts were not supposed to entertain the case. That the issue was purely party matters. That the courts can only interfere when the oarty go against her constitution. That both the high court and the appeals were wrong to to give a judgment on the case. That party matters are purely domestic issues. So going by the pdp constitution, Sir Ude is now there secretary. He is the one pdp chose.

I thought some people said Supreme Court did not reinstate the guy. I don’t even know who to believe.

They should just scrap that useless party called PDP. They are finished!

Not true. The court nullified all the judgment that declared Okoye as secretary therefore Okoye lost. Going by the party constitution, Anyanwu is still secretary as he never resigned and was never properly replaced

.. but the constitution of the party says that anyone that wants to contest for a political positions have to resign from it's positions... samuel anyanwu contested for imo state governorship election under PDP..so he supposed to resign..so samuel anyanwu is the one disobeying the PDP constitution

Oga go and look for job and better ur lot.. I'm on vacation in the Netherlands and will be back to laugh @ Wike soon when he's expelled from the PDP.. Anyanwu already knows that the recent prescription of the supreme Court judgment has nailed his Coffin.. The PDP will now be emboldened more than ever before to arrange their party and send moles into cesspits.. watch the drama unfold soon
