This means that it was Tinubu that withheld the Rivers State allocations not supreme Court. Since the Supreme Court did not make any counter order before the allocations were released, they have turned to a rubber stamp SC. Every arm of government is now reduced to rubber stamp.

Supreme Court gave an order to AGF and CBN and gave reasons. The reasons have been overridden by turn of events legally supported therefore the order is automatically vacated. It doesn't require applying to supreme Court for vacation of the order. Do you think that if Tinubu withheld the funds, fubara, Atiku, Obi, PDP etc would have invited the whole world. We should always reason and reduce biase.

With each passing day you find yourself at a loss as to how to understand Nigeria..

You cannot release allocation to a democratically elected Governor who is working with a budget passed by 4 lawmakers under the logic that "those 4 lawmakers only represent 12 percent of the state"

But you can release allocation to a man who is not even from the state , appointed by the President, without even one single lawmaker to make appropriation.


I need someone to help me understand this..

Surely the Nigeria Constitution never could have contemplated this absurdity.

This is what happens with poor education.

The operative phrase is “state of emergency”. To save you having to go back to school to learn this with 10-15 yr olds, it means the normal rules don’t apply. That’s why for instance your freedom of movement can be restricted during a state of emergency. Abi was it not the same civilian democracies all over the world you like to report to where curfews were imposed during the covid emergency?

You didnt have a problem when 3 people were passing illegal budgets excluding the input and interests of 27 constituencies? maybe if you did we wouldnt have come to this.

Try and read and educate youself.

If I were you , i will take time to google and check Presdential Possibilities during a State of Emergency instead of arguing like a blind man and an extremely ignorant person.

Separate Knowledge from the position u support and read fact so u dnt d1e ignorant with empty head.
