I thought the same thing but it's not true . If Fubara remains in power he would conduct local government election thereby taking hold of the grass root in preparation of his governorship election . But right now , he has been disposed. It means the administrator will conduct the election and position APC members as winners of the local government election. This will further weaken Fubara structure and strengthen APC against him in the forth coming governorship election.

This I believe is the game Tinubu and his cabal are playing
