This structure is supposed to be iconic. A masterpiece for all ages. A place of tourism, culture and identity in addition to it's primary function.

The design for works should be well thought out, the concept open to competition by as many artists and designers to reflect the significance of such an edifice.

Such buildings in other parts are not on a stop watch and nit on a budget. But I guess in these parts we are not like that.

We are used to good governance. Obiano performed below Anambra standard and that is why he is not appreciated but I am sure he performed better than most Nigerian governors of his set. Look at the plastering, gallops everywhere. Why didn't soludo finish the exterior with tile or Accor panel. The engineer too should be ashamed.
