Bros if na two roads you do let it be standard roads... What exactly is difficult in doing a standard road

Abia North is close to okigwe and ebonyi so getting granite is not that difficult

Red soil is everywhere in Abia North... So what exactly is difficult in road construction

My engineering days makes me wonder what's difficult in doing road honestly

1)Grade road
2) remove top soil till you get to stable soil( red sand)
3) replace removed top soil
4) pure granite at at least 10 inches
5) compact
6) pure hot binder
7) apply coal tar finishing

Which of the above is difficult

See Enugu governor... He knew he is luck in road construction based on his soil structure... He instantly invested In granite production... This is why he is constructing road with ease

At no time before Orji Kalu became governor did slok ever operate. Operations only began when Kalu was governor and he purchased 8 decommissioned aircrafts from Eastern Europe that were never allowed to operate in our airspace due to safety concerns. Orji Kalu even accused Obasanjo of sabotaging his business by getting the regulatory body to withdraw his operational licsence. That's when he took his crap fleet to Gambia
