I
think you need to identify the agency you want to get transferred to, and then the head requests for you. That letter is then taken to your organization. Depending on the level of connection you most likely get a secondment before a transfer of service which is more permanent.

You are the Opener of closed doors, the Giver of sustenance, the King of all dominion.

Ya Allah, I come before Your Merciful Door, kneeling, crying, and broken. I have no one else to turn to except You. You are my last and only hope. Show me Your Power, open a door for me in a way that will leave people in awe of Your Qudrah. Give me a befitting job in an unexpected agency, with or without connections, because You alone are the Best of Planners.

Ya Allah, in this noble month of Ramadan, the month of Mercy, Barakah, and Rizq, let Your divine intervention locate me. Let Your decree come to pass in my life. - There is a possibility it is a slot thing in these places, or she is just tweeting it for engagements.

There's a possibility to the claim I think, cos for nnpc, it's about time for them to start sharing hard copy APLs , if you do the maths, after this coming week, they only have 2more weeks for the new staffs to assume duty as they claim....

what i said earlier is what is obtainable, whats your profession, what connections do you have? i have a colleague who is a lawyer she left to another agency that needed a lawyer on a particular desk at the time, she got seconded from my office and eventually got transferred fully. so you must have your eye somewhere or someone willing to pull you in but remember that the higher your cadre the more likely you are to be a threat to those in that office already so you have to do your home work well

May be u are in the ministry's parastatal, but i don't think in the mainstream civil service there is a position called deputy manager, level 13 in mainstream civil service is Assistant Chief.......
