I don't know why to say, I'm leaving this to the elders to decide.
I've being seeing this young man in my neighborhood. We interact when we see. Today is the third time I'm seeing him. I don't know him from Adam. What could have brought him here?
I feel for his condition, but I need wisdom and maturity to handle this.

He requested for my WhatsApp line this afternoon and said he had something to discuss with me on WhatsApp.

This guy is a heavy smoker. He comes around my house to smoke at a Beer parlor. He smokes Colorado all the time. There's no time I've seen him without Colorado. His eyes are always reddish. I'm scared. I don't smoke, so how do I accommodate a smoker who wouldn't mind smoking right in my living room. I just have a self-con apartment. If I had money, I would have given him to go rent a place. Accommodating him involves a lot. What if he kills me?
What if he dies in my house?
What if he is criminal and ran here to hide?
Lots of questions to ask..

Someone u dont know his family, dont know any of his relative, if he kpai for your house sha no say na u go eat free beans ....

My advice is if truly u wanna help the nigga, ensure u have a documented agreement and involve your local police station to advice u better ... But ensure u have a written, signed agreement and also try to enquire more of his background and relatives ...my one cent advice

Bro, you don't know this guy. You know zero about him. Don't do it. He could be a kidnapper, a money ritualist, even a murdered on the run etc.

Help with money if you can but never accomodate a total stranger in your home. That is a no no.

I've just told him now that I can't accommodate him. He said he would give me half of my rent so he can be my room mate. Why can't he use the money to get himself a a manageable place?
Half of my rent is 100k. For him to suggest that to me, I was even more irritated.

Don't allow him to implicate you like what some he may be a kidnapper, some dudes rented an apartment familiarize with neighbors and took some kids away by pretend to buy things for the kids
