The Nigerian passport needs more respect. This will only happen when the leaders do the right things.

A country's foreign policy and general outlook with things like human rights and insecurity is a big factor because other countries will always think you're running away from your country
It will NEVER happen if citizens go to other countries to be criminals and cultists. We are specifically and intentionally banned from many countries today because of our notoriety, not because of any human rights and insecurity. Those ones may only affect your chances of a visa, not all these other things.

Why didn't she apply and get a confirmed visa to all these countries before embarking on the journey, so the whole process would be smoother

I thought we were supporting Kemi badluck for spreading negative image about Nigeria thinking its only leaders that it will affect? una never see anything. keep allowing people to shait on your country thinking it's only leaders it will affect. Even when u travel and they delay u for securty checkup just because u keep promoting how terrible you are as a country on international stage, na then una go understand

Who tells these people that they just need to go to GGWR, find one mundane record related to their field, and try to break it to meet some sort of narcissistic need? I really need to meet the delusional soothsayer who has advised them all.
I agree. Why not make new records? Blaze the trail. Be a pioneer...? Rather than walk in the footsteps of another. It's unoriginal and uninspiring. Especially when it's solely being done for public record. Narcissistic (vain) like you say.

I have to be honest, I hate airports. The boarding process leaves me miserable. It takes an eternity to process and board the plane.

Now, imagine if she used a private jet and had a powerful passport with her? She could even achieve her journey in less than 60 hours. It takes about 15 minutes to board a private jet. The process is quick and snappy.

Perhaps I should look into acquiring a private jet and set out to beat that record personally.

Meanwhile, I just saw my customer who sells ewa agoyin. I will gist you later.

The colour of her passport is her problem. Nigeria has happened to her in that aspect of her endeavor.
.. I thought she would hire private jet and use to travel the 7 continent...it would not had caused much delay to her and beat and break the record

Someone should tell her she date not sign on the flag o. It's illegal. Where is our national orientation agency

We still have one more record to break at the homecoming event on 30th of March where we will make history by signing our Nigerian flag made b

I don't think her travelling entry is mundane. Traveling is a form of education. And her GGWR entry shows how weak our green passport is. This is supposed to be a wake up call.

On the other hand, this is a classic example of a GGWR entry that I would say is trivial.

That was the whole point na. Some people were trying to gaslight us that there is no limitation on our passport. The blame here is 99% on criminal Nigerians who went abroad to spoil things for others, so please sore losers should not attempt to resume wailing yet again. Politicians hardly have these issues or go abroad to disgrace us. Let's talk seriously to our brothers and sisters contesting to dominate foreign prisons.
It's common for third world countries to have passport disadvantage, it's not due to criminal Nigerians

I think she already expressed the challenges she was going to face as a Nigerian regarding visa delays. Her attempt is to help unveiled the challenges Nigerians face with getting visas due to the nature of our passport. She might not have broken the existing record, she however has succeeded in putting the visa challenge out there.
And now what's going to be the outcome? Countries will suddenly make it easy for Nigerians to visit?

Good point. No doubt it's just done for the sake of the public record. More like what the Hilda lady did. It might have been inspiring to a few in Nigeria, but that's because the country has never really had any inspiring story anyone could look to. For a country so mediocre in many things, someone cooking for whatever number of hours may sound like a big deal, as uninspiring as it is in actuality. We never heard of Japan or Britain celebrating chefs who cooked for hours. We do know they celebrate chefs who have blazed the trail in the art of modern cooking.

This GWR attempt falls under the same heading. Uninspiring, mundane and lacklustre. Only an attempt to collect a plaque and display it; an attempt to matter by all means. If she were such a keen adventurer, maybe it would make more sense if she led an expedition to some of the most innermost villages in Nigeria which have scarcely been visited by cameras or a production crew.

spot on. Not to talk of the huge financial investment and sponsorship put into such a self-centering venture.

Talk about improving the reputation of the green passport is unconvincing

It's only ordinary Nigerians that are affected, if you take a closer look, how many Nigerians are actually relocating to UAE or Asian countries? Nigerians are even a minority group in these places, the whole crime thing is just over flogged because Nigerians like to make noise, their are more white foreigners that are nuisance in these Asian countries compared to Nigerians, but they can't just place ban on them because it will backfire
