See how Supreme Court in a similar case brought to it by Plateau government then, dismissed it technically ,because of locus standi. The job of the Supreme Court is to interpret laws and not to dismiss cases using nonsense technicalities. Law in democracy should have human faces.

Oga, there's what we call jurisdiction in law. The supreme court cannot just delve into any case or any matter, they must find out if the deadline hasn't passed, whether you are qualified to bring the case. Those technicalities are important,. The supreme court is too overburdened and only few cases must get there
