They aren’t aware of this. The closest votes to power are Obi/El-Rufai. Will Obi serve one term to give way for a Northern candidate by 2031? No. Will Atiku support any candidate to power? No. Atiku would rather support himself back to Dubai instead of supporting any candidate—not even when Obi could get there to spend eight years. Baba would be very old to rule then. An Atiku/Obi candidacy would only create low voter turnout, as the South and North Central would be captured already, leaving the other North as the battlefield. Aside from these candidates, others are surprises without effect. The coalition should better wait till 2031 when politics is sweeter. I will not be surprised if Ambode, Aregbe, Oyinlola, or Adeleke join the coalition, but it is not in their interests. I will not be supprised if Ambode, Aregbe, Oyinlola, Adeleke, join the Coalition but it not in their interests. Keregbe tofor, deyin leyin Odo. Leave Tinubu alone. kayperry:Tinubu without power was a strong one to crack, now with power would rather crush the hammer. Jonathan is good for the analysis but his kind of person would not fit the game. |

Congregation of vultures. They can't even lace Seyi Tinubu's shoe, he will defeat them before 12 noon on election day, much more the Jagaban himself. Say Jagaban! -Kiss the truth! |

If the coalition wants to succeed, they better take Tinubu's approach of keep them guessing. Make it look like you are confused for now, give us different fighting news and when election time comes for primaries, organize. Distract your enemy. Confuse them. |

| Re: Coalition Talks Face Hurdles As Atiku’s Bid, Zoning Threaten Negotiations by eazzzy1(m): 5:58pm On Mar 24, 2025 |
This is Atiku and Obi’s last dance. Don’t expect them to step down for anybody. If Tinubu wins again then southerners can contest 2031 elections. The APC will honour the gentleman agreement of fielding a Northern candidate, the north will then decide if they want a Tinubu imposed candidate or a southern candidate from a different party. |
| Re: Coalition Talks Face Hurdles As Atiku’s Bid, Zoning Threaten Negotiations by jospepper(m): 5:58pm On Mar 24, 2025 |
One thing I know is that the north is waiting for Tinubu to finish his 8 years so that power will return to them. Therefore Supporting another southerner who will come and also want to do 8 years will only short change them. Any Northern candidate coming out now may not be supported by the south because they would want to enjoy their full 8 years. The likes of Atiku and El-Rufai should just chill because they are spent forces. |
