If the chassis of that trike is not rigid enough, that will be the primary failure zone. It will also put even more people in danger should an accident occur, which might more likely happen, unless the brakes were upgraded to handle the increased weight

1. The chest of the tricycle will hit the road when it climb a bump/potholes because of the size of the tyre and the length of the tricycle
2. The under of the tricycle will chop faster than normal because of point one above
3. Maintenance cost will increase
So overall I give it 3/10.

Nothing will bend there unless the frame is wood.
