Some people built Lagos but forgot to add water to it.

The last time I saw water run in any government tap/faucet in Lagos was when I lived in Ogba, back in 1994

This is giving me electricity vibes when Nigerians used to say just give us regular supply we would pay,now most people are crying because of bills.
Let it not be that when the public water supply is made available,people would have to pay through their noses and then say they are going back to borehole or even buying water,like it's happening with electricity now where some homes and businesses are ditching the electricity companies and resorting to Solar.

Iju water works was providing steady water for communities around it until the creation of Adiyan water works in the 90s

It is a shame that lagos can't provide good pipe borne water for lagosians despite her sitting on water,despite the compartment of Lagos district and readily available population that is tantamount to huge market.
