I think it must be yellow card in 2 consecutive matches. Match Day 1 and Match Day 4 are not consecutive matches.
Be prepared to play and win on the field of play. No back door points to qualify for the WC.
If you are knocked out of the qualifiers, you come sit at home and watch others play. The WC is nobody's birth right!

South Africa should get deducted 3 points and 3 goals while Lesotho should be awarded the 3 points with 3 goals.
