Even if the judge that will hear such case is her biological father, he will pass judgement against her because you can't make such a heavy accusation without prove. Please don't deviate from the main issue

People should learn to choose their battle wisely. I don't know who is advising this woman, but she is too small to fight the senate president. Even former governors like Oshiomhole won't pick this kind of battle. This is her first term & she is too young for this kind of battle. Politically & age wise, she is the youngest in the senate. The judge had no business entertaining her suit as the matter is purely a legislative matter following the rules and regulations of the Senate.


Justice Ojukwu of a similar Federal High Court once dismissed a similar case brought before her court by a serving federal legislator that was dragged before the Senate's disciplinary committee. She rightly ruled that the matter wasn't a judicious one citing separation of powers and the governing rules of the National Assembly. She told the petitioner to go and clear himself before his peers. A similar ruling was also thrown out by the Supreme Court that was brought before it by an aggrieved member of the PDP . The apex court ruled that it had no business mediating over internal party rules and regulations and that the petitioner should not dragged them into it.

This particular judge has finally been schooled by his superiors that the petition brought before his court by Natasha should never have been entertained in the first place and that Natasha was obliged by Senate rules to submit herself before the Senate disciplinary committee firs before seeking redress in court if she wasn't satisfied with the final verdict of the panel.

Justice Obiora Egwuatu of the Federal High Court in Abuja, who was assigned to hear a suit that was filed by the suspended Senator for Kogi Central, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, on Tuesday, recused himself from the case.

The trial judge based his decision on a petition the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, wrote to challenge his objectivity in the matter.


Justice Egwuatu had on March 4, issued an interim order that stopped the Senate Committee on Ethics, Privileges and Public Petitions from going ahead with the disciplinary proceeding that was initiated against Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan over an allegation that she flouted rules of the legislative house.

He held that the disciplinary process should be placed on hold, pending the determination of the suit that was brought before him by the embattled female lawmaker.

Unwise Akpabio that doesn't know that once Natasha is recalled she will have enough time to bring him down. It's clear that Akpabio committed all the allegations against him but this is Nigeria and he's trying so hard to silence the matter. But the dude should have been smart enough to handle the matter in a diplomatic matter instead of heating up the polity by funding some unwise campaigns against Natasha. Call the woman to a private meeting with her husband and thrash the matter once and for all but Akpabio feels occupying the seat of a Senate President is where the world ends. He should keep funding campaigns till this woman leads to his doom, Natasha is a scorned woman and he should beware of her wrath. That woman fit destroy Akpabio without blinking an eye and she has nothing to lose at the very end.
