As much as I believe we Nigerians and our leaders have to do better. The "INFERIORITY COMPLEX SYNDROME" has really eaten deep into some of our people. Just to feel better, those suffering from it are ever ready to compare Nigeria with whatever. By the time Nigeria play Sudan or Niger, they will be ready to compare those countries with Nigeria. They just have to do it to feel better. Do not argue with them... All our politicians are the same irrespective of the political party they belong. Know this and know peace. |

Stealing public funds is a disease that has eaten deep into politicians and their contractors. Privatise these stadiums. |

ufotunang:Lagos Economy dwarf that of Rwanda...That's the argument. So, it's disrespectful to compare Rwanda economy to that of Nigeria. |

GeneralPula:Sometimes, you should borrow since before committing. I know you want to keep working on the 30k monthly pay from your propaganda machine. You don't have enough sense to know that it's not working. |

I won’t be surprised to find out that the OP is an Obidient. They won’t pass on any opportunity to denigrate their country just because a conman lost elections to a more competent man. Imagine using a washed up photograph of the AKIB stadium just to talk down on your country |

Sleekfingers:Changing from regionalism is one of the major problems Nigeria is having.. But bro, I must tell you, for one to be rich, it depends on the individual, not government. No country o earth wey poverty no dey o. For UK, wey you mentioned so, e get people wey no get 1 pounds sterling.. |

Freshtruth:Your problem is that you're not travelled due to poverty. Ikeja is more developed than the whole of Rwanda. In fact, outside Kigali, the entire country is trash. The day you can afford to get visa to certain countries, you will drop this inherited madness you frequently display. |

Always downgrading your country at any chance and meanwhile, you are not contributing to the betterment of your country. All what they know how to do is nag and nag. Learn how to defend your country, just because it’s bad now doesn’t mean it will be bad forever. |

wisino1:I deliberately lodged close to Amahoro Stadium on my visit in 2023 (KG 203 ST). I remembered I trekked there then though under renovation. I was only able to visit the BK Arena beside it and enjoy a bit of the Bicycle rally event ongoing then. I won't forget also the treats enjoyed at the Nigerian Kitchen on KG 18 Avenue. I can't see anything different from the pictures except the palpable inferiority complex worrying most Nigerians. I did not just visit Kigali, but deliberately did road travels round Rwanda. It is good Kagame has done well developing his country. But I will tell you there is nothing much after Kigali. Many village like settings after Kigali. However, I agree with the adage that says, "It is always greener in the other farm". |
