It's no longer news that Nasir El-Rufai didn't support Uba Sani during the elections. Ironically, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) under Shehu Sani showed more support for Uba Sani than El-Rufai's entire All Progressives Congress (APC) structure.

Despite the odds, Uba Sani emerged as the APC's sole candidate, leaving El-Rufai and his allies with no choice but to back him, given his popularity among Kaduna's people.

El-Rufai and his allies underestimated Uba Sani, thinking he was a pawn in their game, but he proved to be a master strategist.

You don't know or have a grasp of kaduna politics. If you are talking about grass root politics in kaduna, Uba Sani is far ahead of Elrufai. Elrufai got the ticket of APC in Kaduna through Buhari factor and the Buhari wind that blew in 2015. Before 2015, Uba Sani has been in Kaduna politics and Elrufai no get mouth for kaduna politics then.
