Stroke can affect anyone irrespective of age. Go and check your bp. It is free but you will purchase drugs

Did you sleep on your left hand? Cos if you did you'll experience numbness in your hand as if is not working again. Try not to sleep on the hand again, exercise the hand to increase blood flow and also rest too. Too much lack of rest can result to stroke and unusual movement around the left arm and hand.

It happened to me sha. But Try and see your doctor.

please listen to me. you are most likely having a stroke or a TIA. you are young and that is why the effects haven't affected your leg.
get to a good hospital so that you will be given anti--blood clot medication. are you feeling weak??

time is of the essence.. don't go to a clinic.. go to a proper hospital, head to emergency and tell them you suspect you are having a stroke and the dr will take it from there

It is unlikely a stroke. It is more of compression palsy of one of the big nerves in your upper limb (Median, Radial and Ulnar nerve)

Median or ulcer nerve compression might be the case
Go see a neurologist for proper evaluation

You should monitor ur BP as well

If it's stroke its usually whole side of the body
Involving the upper and lower limbs

Observe very well. Stress is concentrated somewhere on your arm. Try to locate anywhere you feel a sharp pain when rubbed/touched.

Keep using balm/aboniki on the part and see if you get relieved from numbness gradually.

Typing this from experience.

This! I've only just realised and started treatment to reverse it.

Hopefully I'll be able to clear out the spiked proteins in a couple of months.
