its not a fake story wallahi. The guy i work with told me that he had similar experience bfor so probably its the result of my work and there is relief as i can now hold things with the hand unlike before

I lost a very close female friend during my nysc to haemorragic stroke at the age of 26.

Be extremely careful with your health, people who are telling you to go to hospital for proper test and medications are wise and knows better than you.

He probably had a hemorrhagic stroke which is commoner in young people. If it was the hypertension that caused the stroke, it would have become normal or even low by now. The brain blood pressure autoregulation would have gone.
The best thing is check into a hospital asap, his brain tissue is at risk. Any second he wastes os counting against him, else he can end up with permanent neurological deficit
