@ Smartlad, I suffered the same thing last month, I am still going for physiotherapy which was recommended by a neurologist.

You need to stop wearing your wristwatch on the hand to reduce the pressure on the nerves on the hand. I am suspecting the so-called smartwatches we wear (not discussed with the neurologist)
