Your opinion does not hold because those kids you referenced are full Yoruba under cultural and civic laws. The Nigerian constitution does not allow bi-ethnics to benefit from 2 identities. They are expected to choose one of their parents' tribe and state of origin.

Do not use that Omo ale jati jati chinedu GRV as a yardstick as he is never ethnically Yoruba . His family is originally Saro and saros are returnee slaves and most that retained European names were originally from the SE who refused to go back to that shit hole .

Ask yourself why there isn't one record of an Ibo slave returnee who went back to his homeland . Not one .
