Ojukwu does not deserve a single immotalization. His actions led to death millions of ndigbo via secession and very lucky to have escaped execution. He set us back by almost 50 years and ran away after the way. He is never an hero. Chinua Achebe is the real hero.

The black and white colour scheme is a bit too loud! A better ambience and aesthetics could have been acheived with planting of trees on both sides of the road and planting some greenery in the median.
