The truth is that Prof Nwosu organised the most transparent and successful election that we've ever had. He announced the results until he was stopped by his boss.

If Nwosu announced the winner, MKO wouldn't have any need to declare himself the winner, and consequently going to jail for it.
It's basic knowledge that a winner can only emerge if the chairman of the electoral body announce it after collation of the results. If you're old enough in 1993, you should have known that we only knew MKO won from collated results, not from Nwosu announcing him the winner.

All this may have made an iota of sense if Humphrey Nwosu did not approach the appeal court in Kano, where he tendered the results of June 12th, showing MKO won, and asking the court to allow the Elections results stand. Nobody who plans to scuttle Elections will go to court to ask the same election results stand

If Ibo state government's feel Nwosu is a hero they are free to honour him in their individual state BUT as for National- no honour for Nwosu. In fact the one minute silence the senate gave him yesterday was totally UNDESERVED!

You better call on Eyinanya Abaribe (who has been in the senate since Orji Uzor Kalu impeached him as the deputy governor of Abia state) to pass a motion calling for referendum on Biafra instead of sitting in the senate collecting the perks and allowances of office.
Demand the Bianca Ojukwu and other Ibo ministers withdraw from the APC government and call for Biafra instead of singing-"On your mandate we shall stand,Bola".
Let all your councillors,Representatives,assembly men,governors,ministers and senators demand for Biafra instead of playing to the gallery.

Lols... I will refer you to the back page of Babangida's newly released book "A JOURNEY IN SERVICE" termed "APPENDIX". IBB detailed the full NEC official results of the June 12, 1993 elections there. Abiola is immortalised because he was brave and fought the good fight for Democracy even to the last breath in his body. He knew he won the election, it was evident, he won, and he was brave enough to parade himself as president. He chosed to substitute or laid his life down for the birth of Democracy. He could have chose to be a coward too, he could have remain silent with the death threat. Nwosu didn't deserve to be posthumously award such a national honour because he didn't complete his assignment.
