Honoring Humphrey Nwosu in the same breath as MKO Abiola is an insult to history.

After Abacha died, MKO Abiola died—a clear signal that forces beyond Nwosu were at play. But in moments where great men stand up to cement their legacy, Nwosu remained silent.

He had one duty: affirm that MKO won fair and square. He didn’t.

Why?
• Fear of IBB? Maybe.
• Pressure from the military? Likely.
• But history only remembers the bold, not the cautious.

Compare Him to True Heroes

Today, we have INEC commissioners risking their lives to declare results under threats, some even at gunpoint, yet standing firm.
• Some have lost their lives for announcing the rightful winners.
• Nwosu had none of that courage.

Zik never betrayed Awo that lie has been busted very well.the elections had a hubg parliament meant meaning there was no clear majority to form a government. NPC had more seats followed by NCNC, then last was AG so the British fearing that the north will not want to join in the independence said it must NPC and any of the southern parties. As Awo and Zik were discussing in Asaba, Akintola went behind and was negotiating with Sardauna, Sardauna himself called Zik and informed him of the presence of Akintola, this made Zik to accept the coalition, even at that the British never wanted AG to enter any coalition. Oga see you cannot hide history for long, all thse lies have been busted. Try and have sense.

The evidence on ground suggest otherwise dear, we were not all born 20years ago. While we all know and heard that IBB was sly and "Maradona", he did not leave any such trace or mark, and his testimony from before and his recent book says he wasn't guilty. Even Nwosu said IBB wasn't guilty. But we all know about the results of the June 12 elections where 3 out of the 4 "South East" states then voted against Abiola and for Tofa (a usual format of the SE against SW candidates).
Arthur Nzeribe from the SE owned the Association for Better Nigeria (ABN) that called for four more years for the IBB administration, got two court orders, one to postpone the Presidential elections, and the second to stop the release of the results of the elections.
It was Nduka Irabor from the South East, that read out the annulment of the June 12 presidential elections.
These things are nothing to me but you don't make these things up consistently, and your gaslighting people consistently makes people like me have to say and restate the facts as a reminder to those who care to know.

That was what happened. Since morning I have been saying I want SOWORE to speak if Nwosu deserves any honour. He was the SUG President. He was with us at the beginning of the struggle. OVIE KOKORI is the person I know that deserves honour. The announcement have been suspended before Arthur Nzeribe obtained the court order suspending the release of the results.

If TOFA had won the election results would have been released.
