It works but i tell you at the rate of conversion, it would be best you pay by a dollar card if you have one..

This AEx anniversary didn't really bring much as with discounts and all.. The only benefit i saw was in faster Bulk shipping with less cost...

Its like i will register for Temu.. I no dey see AEX benefit again.. Before being a Gold or platinum menmbers gives some discounts and coins were useful unlike now.. over 300k spent na only about 1.7$ discount i see 🥹🤣..
Aex and NG relation don cast for real..

Good evening shoppers. Pls are there any risks involved with ordering phone from aliexpress? Are there any extra custom clearance charges involved?
What's the pro's n con on this pls?

I have been using bitnob before now, but today I used bybit virtual card for the first time to help my colleague make an online payment.

I got almost $4 cash back for using the card. Whilst bitnob charges you 1% (minimum of $1) for topping up their virtual card, Bybit virtual card is even paying me for using theirs. If this service had been available since I started shopping on AliExpress, I would have raked in hundreds of dollars in cashback rewards.
Bye bye to bitnob.
BannedUser please let them not ban you oo grin

I read people saying when they try to pay with bybit virtual card, it says 'incorrect cvrv' or something like that. Have you experienced this personally ? Also, what address do you use as billing address, is it a Nigerian address or an address in the USA ? Cos I read someone telling someone else to change location to Usa inorder to remove the 'incorrect Security' message.

Also, which popular p2p seller do you know on bybit that is not a thief and will not run away with my naira grin

Use your Nigerian address. No issues.I always wonder why people have issues with virtual card. I never do.

Chose seller with high number of finished deals (98% and above) that has many orders. You are guaranteed a closed deal.

I don't understand what's going on with AliExpress these days, orders now take more than one month to deliver. I tried buying some items from Temu and I've received 2 orders from them while still waiting for my order from AliExpress. When I receive this one, I think I'll hold off future purchases from AliExpress until there's improvements.

My YouTube Premium Family subscription was renewed a few minutes ago at the normal rate of NGN1,700 using my Verve card and it worked. So, no more useless high rates from Providus bank anymore.
What Bank’s verve card did you use?

I'm using a new bybit account and I'm ineligible to buy from some sellers. Can you please give me suggestions of like 3 people you're almost certain are legit, you can delete when I mention you back

Use the filter and select "show only verified Advertisers", and "show only Eligible Ads". Read the seller's terms and chat with seller before making any transaction.

Update on my parcel.
Went to my local post office this morning my package was there I signed and opened the parcel there I discovered my package "phone worth $800+" wasn't inside, instead someone else parcel "drug" was inside.. already opened a dispute on AliExpress waiting for Thier response, I believe it might have been stolen in customs clearance.
Hello what's the update with this?

Have you filed a dispute already?

Everything you said above is not true!

First time I've used a platform in months that's easy, intuitive and stress-free, with offers of 10% as cashback on all spending!

Worthy of note, I'm buying on Alibaba not Aliexpress.
Shouldn't be much of a difference right ?

Aliexpress is toying with fire! That's the way I can describe the situation now . How on earth could they have blocked our region from using coupon codes in a big sales like their 15th anniversary? By the time all their customers port to Temu, their eyes will be wide open!

I can see that they're already feeling the pressure because, looking at their webpage this morning, I saw that they started a mini sales called "Spring into savings" and guess what? Coupon codes are available for our use on specific Items there ( something they stopped over 6 months ago).

Also, the fact that they now have a bold caption on their webpage that one can "pay in naira...." speaks volume about the level of patronage from us. Temu must definitely be giving them a "run for their life."

What number would you consider as high ? Above 10,000

I set the filter @chin37 should I also sort by completed order number or completed rate ?

I don't care paying in USD, My own is, they should just remove the coupon restrictions for Nigeria user.
Shopping has been frustrating

I used the Nigerian address I filled in when applying for the virtual card. It is somewhere in the virtual card settings. And where did you read about 'someone telling someone?'

Temu does not have as much variety as aliexpress. And you see that 50,000 Naira minimum checkout or is it 20,000 naira, that thing na better discouragement

Yeah Temu needs to add more items. I don't mind the 30k minimum checkout if it means you get your items within 2 weeks.

Seller shipped my item with free shipping via DHL, I am suspecting something fishy but can't really pinpoint it. If this item eventually arrives by DHL I guess they will charge me for custom duty I've never had an item by DHL before what should I expect, anybody have had this experience?
Looks like The store I bought the item from has disappeared, but the order page is still very active but the tracking on DHL says " processed for clearance at Lagos Nigeria"
