Things were damn cheap then and yahoo pay wasn't attractive. Car no cost at all,petrol price na play and everybody dey drive car wirh AC then.i rem vividly

this is serious.... Calabar to Uyo along was 350 or 400. That 500, 550 was at the park

It was about two hours, sometimes under 2 hours depending on the driver. At that time, the Calabar Itu road and bridge were in great shape

it's still passable but was more like a death trap. And you can easily get stuck on the road, so some people prefer using water to through Oron to Uyo.

But the government has started working on the road since 3 or 4years ago and much has not really been done though...

There was never good old days...... It is what it is
