A woman alleged to have 6 children from different men and she blackmailed her current husband into marrying her.

This INEC is the most useless I have ever seen. It does not even hide its partisanship.

They will make a blunder if they mistakenly serve her a notice of recall because the petition gathered have been seen to be ficticious even by INEC themselves. What the laws says is that it should be rejected but INEC admitted it and wrote her a letter to inform her.

By that action, they have played into her hands. That is why her lawyers are bold to ask for official notification which must include the names,addresses,phone number, Wards and polling units of the 250k signatories and all these details must be the same as in INEC register for her senatorial constituency. 1 single misalignemt in any of those details renders the recall process null and void. There is no way all those details will correspond as the signatories were hurriedly and fraudulently obtained.

As it is, that process must go on and if she is eventually recalled through a maniukstion of the process, and it is taken to court after, she will win easily and the whole recall would be overturned.

If INEC suddenly stop at this stage it would have succeded in ridiculing itself as a body that did not follow its own rules and the laws

Did you read INEC's press conference on the recall? INEC admitted that the petitioners all had 1 address which is enough to throw it out but INEC foolishly accepted it as a valid petition anyway. The law is that you would have to verify that all the signatories to the petition live in that senatorial zone. How would that be done when there is only one address(that of the lead petitioner)?

Why do you think INEC is reluctant to forward the complete petition to her? They have goofed.

Even if it goes on, she will win in court. That is why her lawyers are confident to write INEC to proceed with the next step of the process which INEC is footdraggong on after messing up
