To answer your second question; they were passing through Uromi in a trailer from Rivers State. Did Rivers state where they were coming from do anything to them?
Your first question, have you seen any kidnapper or Fulani herdsmen use Dane guns? Go to any rural community in Nigeria and see hunters freely moving about with their dane guns.
