I have my reservations concerning this happening. When did they travel from Kano to Port Harcourt?
How long have they been there?
What security cover did they have seeing that their movement involve gun(note that it's still illegal in Nigeria)
Supposed they not to have had a security coverage especially along the route they're meant to travel?
Is it not too risky to be found with a gun, Dane or assault, in a far away land where people seldom understand your language or you don't even understand their language?
At what time of the day did the incident occurred?

Just to many questions. But oh! I almost forget that the North has a free pass in Nigeria.

They weren't killing anyone as at the time... What the Uromi youths were supposed to do was to hand them.over to the police for proper investigation...

One of them stabbed a vigilante when they were being questioned, and some of them started running away. That’s what escalated the situation.
