Whoa!!! She's so lucky.
It's hard to advice on this because everyone has their goals.
For instance she may be looking for somewhere that will give her access to certain types of people.
She maybe looking for somewhere with good pay but gives her all the time to flex or work on her personal goals
She may want a place where she can make a difference or somewhere that challenges her or even somewhere that prioritize and invest heavily in training/growth/education of staff.
She may be looking for a place that gives her an advantage in her personal endeavours.
She may want an organization that gives her opportunity to travel
etc.

If she can clearly define her goals her choice would be so much easier.

Congrats to her. Let her to decide fast oo. Opportunities don't always come so easy

I always laugh when I see people mentioning those agencies as if someone will just get job their easily without strong connection...ever since I never see anyone here to come out and say he or she got appointment at NDIC NIFU FIFU OR WHATEVER YOU people call them..all we see is nifu is sharing APL CBN is doing this CBN is doing that... Federal fire service that is not juicy Agency is not easy to get.. people keep buying the slot 1m naira 2m naira

Nothing like that, they just paid for the building they occupying a year ago there about, but REA self are very complicated organization, now I understand why an Hadjia who served there never wanted to work there even when given a blank slot via her husband's connect.

She got a life time opportunity , Congrats to her also she should have know some of the agencies she fancies since she’s already in the ministry …

People have different motives for new jobs or change and then from there we could know the best agencies in that sphere

Is it for bigger Money ?? Abroad trips ?? Does she like military settings because some people really love uniformed jobs … Office work ? Medical line ? Lecturing ? Engineering ? Maritime sector ??

Let her decide and I’m wishing her all the best
